1. Is there a hotel cancellation policy?
  • There will be a cancellation fee for reservations cancelled 24 hours before check-in
  • Cancellation on the arrival date results in an 80% charge of the room
  • 1 day before requested arrival date results in a 20% charge of the room
  • No-show results in a charge for the full booking amount
2. Can I be placed on a waiting list?
  • No, we do not have a waiting list for accommodations. 
3. Is there a special children's hotel rate?
  • No, unfortunately we do not have children's rates
  • Children of pre-school age and younger stay free if sharing a bed with a parent/guardian
4. Are baby cribs available?
  • Baby cribs are available in standard twin rooms only, however the number of cribs is limited
  • We suggest you request a crib in advance
5. How do I apply for the Sunroute Club Card?
  • When checking in, our Hotel Concierge can assist you in signing up for our Sunroute Club Card
  • Fee is 500
6. What are the benefits of the Sunroute Club Card membership?
  • Points will be earned by how many nights you have stayed, points are converted into S-Cash (Cyber money) which can be used toward the room-charge or the restaurant
  • Free late check out until 1:00pm
  • Express check-in
7. When do I pay the room charge?
  • Payment is due at check-in
8. Do you accept credit cards?
  • We accept the following credit cards: AMEX, Visa, Master, Diners Club, JCB, Nicos, UC, DC, Saison and Union Pay
9. What time is check-in?
  • Check-in is at 2:00pm
10. What time is check-out?
  • Check-out time is 11:00am, however, some reservations offer free late-check out, please ask front desk for details
11. Do you allow late check in?
  • We are open 24 hours, but if you are arriving after 11:00pm, please let us know
12. Can I request a late check-out?
  • If there is vacancy, we could extend the check-out time
  • Until 3:00pm, 30% of the room rate applies
  • Until 6:00pm, 50 % of the room rate applies
13. Is it possible to store baggage in the hotel before check-in?
  • Yes, we can store your baggage at the front desk before check-in
14. Can I send a package or baggage to the hotel in advance?
  • We accept package and baggage deliveries that include the reservation name and check-in date
15. Can I send a package or baggage with C.O.D.?
  • Unfortunately this is unavailable
16. Is it possible to keep my baggage after check-out?
  • After check-out, we can hold your baggage at the front desk for the remainder of the day
17. What should I do with valuables during my stay?
  • Hotel Sunroute suggests you keep valuables with you at all times
  • We do offer a safety box at the front desk for storing valuables
18. Can I invite a visitor in my room?
  • Unfortunately, we do not allow visitors of hotel guests
  • We suggest meeting any visitors in the hotel lobby

1. Is there a refrigerator in my room?
  • There is a refrigerator in the room for storing your own food and beverages
  • Vending machines on each guest room floor offer soft drinks and alcohol
  • An ice machine is located on each floor of the hotel
2. Do you offer in-room Internet access?
  • In-room Internet is complimentary, using the LAN cable which is located in the desk drawer
  • We also have free PCs and a printer in the guest lounge on the 2nd floor
3. Can I make international phone calls from my room?
  • To make an international phone call, please push the outside call button+010+country code and the phone number
4. Is there a hair dryer in my room?
  • Each room includes a hair drier, trouser press, electric pot, alarm clock, and a bidet
5. Is there night wear in my room?
  • Yes, there are one-size-fits-all robes in the room
6. What kind of amenities do you have in-room?
  • Bath sets, bath towels, tooth brush, razor, hair brush, cotton swab, shower cap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap
7. Can I adjust my room's temperature?
  • The temperature can be individually adjusted in each room
8. Can I watch foreign channels in my room?
  • Foreign cable channels in-room include: CNN, KBS, CCTV, NHK, BS
9. Can I watch movies in my room?
  • Video on demand systems are available in all rooms
  • All titles are 1,000
10. Can I have an extra bed in my room?
  • Unfortunately, we do not provide extra beds

1. Do you offer wireless Internet?
  • Wireless internet connection is available only in the guest lounge on the 2nd floor 
2. Is there a business center in the hotel?
  • Complimentary computers and a printer are available in the guest lounge on the 2nd floor
3. Do you have any laundry service?
  • There are laundry slips and bags in each room
  • Laundry dropped off by 10:00am will be ready after 7:00pm on the same day. Laundry charge depends on the item
  • *No service on Sunday and national holidays

 

4. Is there a Coin-operated laundry in the hotel?
  • There is Coin-operated laundry on the first basement floor.
    • Opening hours : 24 hours
    • 3 washing machines : JP 300
    • 3 drying machines : JP 100 ( 30min.)     

5. Can Hotel Sunroute exchange currency?
  • For your convenience, we offer a currency exchange in the hotel
  • US Dollars to Japanese Yen only
6. Can I make a photo copy or send a fax?
  • Both photo copy and fax services are available at the front desk
7. Do you have a delivery service?
  • JP Express is available
  • C.O.D. service is available for 24 hours if you would like shipping prepaid, please visit the counter from 8:00am to 12:00pm
8. Can I order room service?
  • Room service is available from Italian restaurant VILLAZA
9. Can I get a massage?
  • In-room massages are available at night time
  • Swedish care Alva (Swedish style massages) are available on the 2nd floor
10. Do you have hotel parking?
  • Yes, there is toll parking on the B1 floor
  • Guest parking is JP¥ 1,500 for 24 hours from 1:30pm
  • Loading and unloading is available 24 hours
  • Clearance is 2.6 meters and the garage holds up to 65 cars

1. How can I get to Hotel Sunroute Shinjuku Plaza from the nearest train station?
  • The hotel is located about 3 minutes away from Shinjuku station's south exit
  • From the exit
    • Cross Koshu Kaido avenue
    • Make the first right and go 1 block
    • At the first intersection (Nishishinjuku-ichome), make a left
    • The hotel will be on the right side on the street
  • If you are using Subway Oedo line, Shinjuku line, or Keio Shinsen line, the A1 exit will be the nearest; you will see the hotel on the left side from the exit
2. Is there a convenience store near the hotel?
  • There is a convenience store across the street
3. Is there an ATM around?
  • There is an ATM at 7/11 and a CitiBank ATM in the Mynds Tower next door
4. Are there any shuttle bus services to the airport?
  • There are 5 buses to Narita airport and 6 buses to Haneda airport that operate daily

  • Reservations for breakfast aren't necessary
  • Japanese and Western style buffet from 6:30am to 9:40am is served in the VILLAZZA restaurant on the 1st floor
